Problems with Adobe Cloud programs when connecting via USB hub

I'm using the latest versions of Adobe Cloud programs with the MacBook Pro Big Sur 11.1.
At my workstation, the MacBook is connected via a USB hub to 2 monitors + mouse + keyboard.
I work mostly with Photoshop and InDesign.
When opening a file I always get a program error. When creating a new file, I can't click on a selection. Is there a problem solution for this?
I have already deleted the settings, but it does not change anything. 

By working directly on MacBook seems to be no problems...
