PROBLEMS WITH INDEXED COLOR

Hi, someone has problem with a indexed color ? I have a Mac M1, and isnt working well after to use it the tool  there are more colours that i put before, I dont know what i need to do and  this tool is really important  for my job. thank you

• When you go to Image > Mode, what does it say?
