Hello, we need way more info to be able to help you: please post the contents of Photoshop's help>system info, so that we get to know your OS, its version, the exact version of Photoshop you are running, the date of the GPU driver, etc.
Do give us the exact message you receive, and the procedure you use to import brushes, and if any peculiar security software is running on your computer.
