Problems with Photoshop start

Does anyone else have problems with the Pshotoshop start? My photoshop suddenly does not start anymore. It loads and at some point the loading screen just goes away and nothing is open. No error message there....

Rebooted PC, rebooted Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop and completely reinstalled Photoshop....without success.

Which version of Photoshop and OS?

How much RAM and spare disk capacity do you have?

Photoshop Version: 22.3.1

Windows 10 pro, 64bit

RAM: 16 GB

Spare Disk capacity: 36 GB

I have now tried to uninstall the last update. Now I have installed the version 22.3 again. And now it works again! Seems to be some problem with 22.3.1 or maybe my graphics card is no longer supported? (GTX 580, 1.5 GB)
