Problems with starting Photoshop through the Creative Cloud app on Windows 10

Photoshop does not start from Adobe Creative Cloud. It starts from Windows 10 directly, but it does not work from the Creative Cloud.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Which version of Photoshop are you using? Have you tried to re-install the application through the Creative Cloud app to check if that helps? If not, please try re-installing the app to check if that helps.

 

Also, please ensure you have all available Windows updates installed on the computer.
