program error when trying to save my work

i'm paying $20.99 monthly and can't get to save my work who can i speak to, to rectify this issue, im losing money both by paying for the software and losing work to some other designer, this is rediculus

Try Adobe Customer support for installation issues.  Photoshop 2021 has many issues try installing Photoshop 2020 version 21.2.4  till Adobe addresses the issues in Photoshop 2021.  By the way this is a User forum site you not dealing with Adobe on this site.
