I use the RNDS Retouching Palette, have been for probably over 10 years or more for my retouching.
I have been using photoshop cc 2019 as I could not get the Palette and PS to work together after an update.

I just updated PS (wish I didnt) and now I can not get 2019-2021 to work with my Palette.
I have ALL programs set to RUN AS ADMIN as the Palette software says this is the problem...however I have PS and the Palette set to run as ADMIN...
Any help with this is greatly appreciated as when I called ADOBE a year ago they had no idea...and I had other software (photomechanic) that would not open photos in PS as well.
