For at least 2 months now the progress bar is stuck opened when working with Photoshop.
Only when I close the program it stops showing for a little bit only to persistently return.
Also, Action somethimes are not active. The layer appears but it doesnt affect the image. I need to delete it, click on another tool and go back to the Action to make it active and working.
Many people complaining of the progress bar problem.
Can Adobe do something, please.
Thank you

This is a user Forum, so you are not really addressing Adobe here, even though some Adobe employees thankfully have been dropping by.
What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?
Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Please read this (in particular the section titled "Supply pertinent information for quicker answers"):

What does that mean?
Could you please post a screenshot with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Channels, Options Bar, Actions, …) visible?
