Project disappeared

Hi! So I was working on a project, I saved it like usual and closed the app, but the other day, when I opened the app, none of my projects was there. I searched on the recent files and they weren't there. It was like I opened photoshop for the first time, like it has restarted.

Oh. Now I started a new project and the last color that I used at the dissapeared project was there. Please help, I hope I can bring my projects back.
