projects cannot be opened and I cant exit PS becaus of "programmfailure"

Hi everyone,

PS starts as usual but since the update, I cannot load old or new projects in the overview.

Also I cannot exit PS. The same window "konnte "xxx" nicht "

xxx weil ein Programmfehler aufgetreten ist".

I tried old and new and cloud projects. None of them works. Guess it's the program so.

I reinstalled PS. Still the same system behaviour.

Lately, I installed a new SD memory but no components of PS (program nor photos) should be located here.

Any ideas on how to address this issue?

Many can not use 22. Adobe change requirement. State old GPU may be limited.  Old is not defined. VRams required now 2GB up from 512MN. GPU need toe benchmark 2000 or better.  CPU need to be SSE4.2. Window 7 and Mac Sierra no longer supported.  3D feature has issues and Line tool changed so it brakes work flows.  22 is not read for Prime time.
