Proportional selection

Maybe al little bit difficult to describe, so I write down the steps I'm making:

- I make a (rectangular) selection

- I choose the Move tool

- Then I want to change the selection only in the height.

It used this way, in previous versions.

Now it doesn't work in Pho V20.0.4

The selection will be scaled proportional now.

But I don't want that.

How can I fix this problem?
