I can go back and forth between 19 and 20 and see how it changed.
It is a mixer brush with some features. In 2020 it had almost no effect at all.
The best i've done played with the settings to try to recreate the swatch at the bottom. I have been unable to recreate it. Several things seem off like how it sort of "crackles/fades" at the ends and also may be the "following" on it?
I have an image that shows the 2019 vs 2020 after adjustments. It is actually 2020.2.3, not .1.3. I'm fully updated.
You can see I had to change brightnessand contrast just to get it to show up and look similar. With out those changes (settings in 2019) the brush was super sparse.

It worries me what other ones could be altered/changed! But this is the one i noticed for now and one I really like to use. Going through some other brushes they seem fine, i believe.
