PS 2021 Mojave: 1 or 2 bounces and that's it

Does not launch, only bounces once or twice in the dock and that’s it. No splashscreen, no error, nothing. Same with Animate. 

 

At least BS 2020 starts up, still unusable but it runs.

Thanks. I tried to uninstall the client and it offered me to repair the installation. That didn't help. Will try to uninstal completely tomorrow.

Thats the error - it removed the app but didnt reinstall.

Do a reinstall from the website and it will be resolved.

Did you run the CC cleaner tool? 2019 may not work either - all are dependent on the CC app functioning.

2019/2020 launch with no problems. I didn't remove the CC app (yet) with cleaner tool, had to work 🙂 As I understand you mean I should

 

- remove CC app with the cleaner and restart

- reinstall CC app and after that install PS2021 via website?
