PS 2021 not launching on Catalina OS

1. Can someone from Adobe Support confirm what this is and how to fix please? I am not alone as I have seen other posts but no one seems to have a solution?

Hi there,

Sorry that Photoshop 2021 crashes on your computer running the macOS Catalina.

Whihc exact version of Photoshop are you using? Also, could you please check if you are using the upgraded macOS version 11.3?

If you can’t update macOS to 11.3, do the following:

1. Launch Photoshop.
2. Go to Preferences > Performance > Advanced Settings and uncheck the Use OpenCL checkbox.
3. Restart Photoshop.

If you cannot start Photoshop to complete step 2 above, restart your computer then try again.
