PS 22.3.1 Flick Panning is not working

I just updated to PS 22.3.1 and Flick Panning with the Space Bar / Hand Tool is not working. The Hand Tool appears and it will pan, but it will not "Flick" and "glide" to help with moving across the image faster.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Hi there,

That doesn't sound good. Could you please let us know which graphics processor is installed on your computer?
Also, did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the 22.3.1version and see if that helps?
Please make sure that GPU drivers and the operating system are up to date.

Hi,

I have the same problem. Very annoying.

Uninstalling and installing PS didn't solve it. The system and drivers are up to date.

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M and Intel HD Graphics 4000
