Ps 22, the most recent update, is crashing upon taking the most basic steps in the editing process. What is going on? As a photography business owner, I don't have time for this. HELP!

whats going on? = your hardware is not compatible with the new software
Windows users should look at when you last updated your Gpu drivers, antivirus or harddrive... in that order
Mac users are mostly buggered and your only real option is normally to roll back
