PS 22.x redefine Anchor Point shortcut under transform troubles

Hi, so whats appenening with Shift+Alt+Click to redefine anchor point in PS 22.x?

Most of the time doesnt work,when it does it seems randomly working.As in sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't.

Mac OSX Mojave (10.14.6) + PS 22.x

In PS21 works as expected.

Sry,cant edit: reading other users troubles I now realized you have to drag while holding Shift+Alt+Click...wich isnt the previous behaviour.You just had to click.Its workable but its a bit anoying, cant grasp the reasoning for change the standard behaviour.
