PS CC 2021 does'nt work

I subscribed Adobe CC photo's package (12,69 €/month). While the installed LR and LR work/run correctly, I can open the PS , but it does'nt work. 

The PS tuorials run some sec, and close. I can find pictures, but can't open them. The RAW file opening process starts, bat after a while breaks with a collapsing message (I send this message more times for Adobe, but there were no answers).

Opening JPG/DNG files the process breaks without error message and after this I can't close the PS (with sw error message). I've tid use Task manager to close PS.

More times I uninstall the PS, I run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner, restarted the computer (OS: W10), but nothing changed.

What's the problem, what else have I to do?

Sorry for mistyping: LR and LRC run properly, PS does'nt work

To close PS, I've to use Task Manager.

Runing Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tools I uninstalled all the Adobe apps.

As that could the issue...

What operating system?

How much RAM does it have?

How old is it?

These help people problem solve and if there could be an issue outside of the software causing it.
