PS cc crashing every time I open a text box please help

All I can see here are ?boxes. idk if that's what shows up  when you're reading this. If not, please help. I have went thru the steps listed as a suggestion when subitting the crash--uninstalling font cache, , resetting ps preferences, I have even uninstalled ps and reinstalled--same thing happens.  even if I create a new file, once I place a text box, after a couple minutes it crashes/quits...

How many fonts do you currently have active? Too many fonts will cause PS (and other apps) to crash when trying to access the font list. Also the ? boxes are a clear indicator you are having some font issues. This has nothing to do with Photoshop - check your fonts.
