PS is adding exposure

Hi everyone

I just started encountering this problem with PS adding about +1 stop exposure when I'm opening images directly from LR to edit (please see attached examples).

As you can see once LR has exported editing to PS at some point the image is increased in exposure.

After editing the file and saving back to LR, this exposure increment remains.  So I suspect it's an issue with PS.

This is what I have tried so far to remedy:

-Checked all colour profiles match

- Tried with graphics accelerators on/off

- turned computer on/off

- Saving and exporting and image from LR (this worked fine with no added exposure)

The issue is consistent with every image file.  And it seems to be adding exactly the same amount of exposure when opening in PS.

Help?!?!?

Thank you
