Hi all. I am using CS6 on Windows 7, and all of a sudden, when I try to save a file as a Jpeg, it is just saved as "File". No other extension. For all intents and purposes, it looks like the Jpeg is saving correctly, but when checking the destination file afterward, the name of the intended Jpeg is there, but no thumbnail, and no "jpg" extension. I have tried fixes like checking that it is 8 bit, and RGB, etc. Nothing works. Still the problem persists. Please help.
