PS not updating??

Creative Clould shows I am up to date with v 22.0 of photoshop.  When I open app it says I have v 21.2.4.  I have restarted computer and ps multiple times.  Any ideas?

Are you on Windows or Mac? Are you trying to open from the dock or taskbar? 
If you kept your older version while upgrading, your icon in the dock or taskbar may still be associated with the older version of the app. Search your Applications to find the newer version installation.
