PS shuts itself down after opening the new Neural Filters. Can't use them at all.

Since the latest update for PS, it's impossible for me to use the new Neural Filters. Evertytime I open the Neural Filters, PS waits a few seconds and then it shuts itself down!!

I've read on the Internet several solutions, none of them seem to work.

All other new PS features work fine .

Any suggestions?

There are a couple of things in your system info

1. You have two GPUs that are being seen by Photoshop. This is a known cause of several issues. Try disabling the Intel GPU  (or forcing Photoshop onto the NVidia)

2. If the above does not help, try disabling GPU support altogether (as a temporary troubleshooting measure) in preferences then restart. Does that prevent the crash?

3. If 2 works, then try reinstalling the NVidia driver, but use the Advanced options and select "Clean install". That should ensure remnants of old drivers are overwritten with the new

If I force PS to the NVidia drive, PS shuts down as well as without any GPU. Your collegue tried the same thing this afternoon, no results.  She also uninstalled en reinstalled PS for me , no results.
