Purchased Photoshop saying the opposite

Hey, I purchase Photoshop 21.2.3, i´ve used it a couple of times, but one day i tried to open it, and it says that i didn´t bought it, same on the Creative Cloud Desktop, wich i did, and i have proof of that, what do you think it could help?
