Toda vez que vou editar uma foto, na metade minha ferramenta vira seta e não consigo mais trabalhar nela.. Tenho que fechar a imagem... No fim estou usando a versão antiga. Não estou conseguindo usufruir nada do novo app. Já desinstalei e instalei.. Não sei mais o que posso fazer...

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Could you elaborate on the issue? (The auto-translation might not be that great.)

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Whar are the Photoshop and OS versions?

Unfortunately turning off »Use Graphics Processor« is no proper solution as it invalidates GPU dependent features (like the Rotate View Tool, 3D Features and some Filter acceleration for example) but it indicates problems with the GPU driver or the OS.
