"Could not complete your request because of a program error." when using spot healing brush

Hi,

I'm having issues with the spot healing brush tool within Photoshop

It's working on and off but I keep getting a "Could not complete your request because of a program error." error when using it all the time. Seems to be when I select a larger area to heal but comes up randomly.

Not sure what's going on - I've got the latest version of Photoshop running on Mac OS Big Sur 11.0.1

I've uninstalled Photoshop and reinstalled but have the same issue
