"Export As" function is not working

"Export As" function is not working on the new Adobe Photoshop 2021 update. I need this fixed NOW!

Usually Adobe does not fix things "Now"

If it's a function you really need, your best bet is to install an earlier version of PS via the Creative Cloud app. Click on the three dots next to the Photoshop line in the Creative Cloud app.
