"Export As" not working in photoshop CC 2020

Problem with "Export As" not working in photoshop CC 2020,  "Export As" window opens but no text appears (window is black) and stays that way and I have to close the window.  Latest CC software loaded, running windows 10.  See image attached.I did not have this problem with earlier releases.  Things that I have done based on what I have read on the Community:  Used CC cleaning tool, reset preferences, turned off graphics processor.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Since when are you facing this issue? Please ensure you have all available Windows updates installed on the computer.
