"Save for web and devices" option missing from menu

I made sure my Photoshop was updated to the most current version, but there is no Save for Web and Devices menu option. See attached screenshot. Has this option been discontinued?

It's under File>Export>Save for Web (Legacy)

grey colour. not working

Could be your Color Mode and/or Bit Depth.

Try RGB Color and 8 Bits/Channel under Image>Mode.
