"Use Graphics Processor" is grayed out under Performance preferences.

I am using an AMD Radon RX5700 with the latest driver.

What version of Photoshop and operating system do you have, take a look here especially section 7

Hi,

I am using Photoshop 22.1.0, Windows 10 64 bit.

When I right click on my desktop, I do not have "AMD Catalyst Control Center or Configure Switchable Graphics.", I only have "AMD Radon Software", and when I open it, I cannot see any option for chosing "High Performance instead of Power Saving."

I don't have a AMD GPU so can't help you with the options. I know you said you have the latest driver but did you download it from here

Could be worth re-installing it

This limk does not seem to work, however I did get the latest driver from the AMD site. I did try reinstalling it, no help. 😞
