Has annyone have this issue in Photoshop (image below)? It's totally random and it gets fixed after I hide and unhide the layer again. But then it eventually will happen again.  I have a good graphic card.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
