Rate of updates and no option to ignore them

Updates udates are too frequent for me , with no access to free data they are forcing to pay double my subscription rate almost every month. Make matters worse I loose a complete day updating coz of my slow network. In Unity I only update when I need to or when I have enough data to do so( so frustrating opening PhotoShop to do your work only to find out that you have to wait 24 hours first to do the updates aaaaaaaah!!!!!!!!)

Updates will only install automatically if you have Auto Update enabled in the Creative Cloud app, disable it and you'll only be prompted to update
