Crew,

My next 'challenge' with this new Photoshop 2019.....

I open a photo, mech. drawing, image of my recent zigzag puzzle, it is a screensaver (mac).

I am so used to set it for croping, then moving the lines to the edges of the image.

Then a save.  Never before had to deal with ratio.

What am I missing.

Alan

Hi Alan,

Welcome to the Adobe Community!

Would you mind sharing some more details about the issue you're facing?

If there is a value set for Ratio, then try hitting the Clear button on the top and let me know if it helps.

In addition there is an image >> trim command many do not know of. Is wonderful if you have transparent pixels as will crop your image clean and perfect to that. I even add to an action which does alot of repetitive preprocessing of the image for me.
