My laptop can't run the new Photoshop but Photoshop cs6 runs on my laptop and the only way to get cs6 is by downloading it from outside sources as I can't access it uisng creative cloud

My question is : can i use cs6 or this is illegal way

In conclusion, there is no choice except for those who have purchased CS6 products now.
As you know, policy changes during this period have prevented CC subscribers from using CS6 and have ended the download of the CS6 installer.

CS6 can no longer be purchased.  If you originally bought CS6 from Adobe then you should be able to access it from your account.

In your Adobe Account select the Plans tab the Order Histoery then select your CS6 order and choose  Downloads and Serial numbers

Downloading from elsewhere is likely to get you an illegal copy, complete with potential malware

Let's be clear about it: it's not "likely" that you get an illegal CS6 copy - it's a 100% certainty. There is no way to get a legal CS6 copy now, except maybe through customer support (if you already have a serial number).
