Hi you can see this option in Preferences then file handling Auto recovery save you can check it on.....regards

Autosave is crash recovery. It doesn't help with external problems like power failures.

 

I have a UPS (uninterrupted power supply) for this. It's a small battery backup that keeps power on for 15-30 minutes, giving enough time to save and shut the system properly down. It's not very expensive and has been a good investment.
