Really strange thing happened

So I am using Adjustment Brush to remove some noise. When I inspect the photo on 100% in Adobe Camera Raw, no noise, when I open it in Photoshop, voila, there is noise. So no adjusments were made at all. When I inspect the same photo in Adobe Bridge, there is noise, when I open it agin in ACR, no noise. And this is REALLY important to me, because I am sending all these images to stock agencies and A BUNCH of my images are declined all the time just this reason. So what the hell is happening, does someone have an answer?
