Photoshop does not recognize the CPU in my computer. I have uninstalled and again installed Photoshop CC. That did not help.

Do you mean GPU?
What error message are you getting?
What is your computer specs - OS, RAM, HD space, GPU/graphics cards, etc.

Yes, I meant GPU. The message I got, was: Photoshop does not recognize your GPU. In the meantime, I have read that it helps to remove the last update. That is what I did. I now use the version 22.3 and that solved the problem.
But I hope, that in the near future I will be able to use the latest version.
And I hope, Adobe can fix this problem, because I read in the internet that this seems to be a problem for more users.
Thank you for your answer.

I have updated the graphics card. As for as I know, the specs for the card are:
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 650 Ti
IntelCPU-family: 6, Model 12 Stepping 3 with MMX
SSE-Integer, SSE FP
4 processoren
I hope, you understand better/more, what this means than I do. For me its Abracadabra.

Your NVIDIA card does not meet minimum standards for newer Photoshop versions.
Minimums are Ops/Sec of 2000 or higher, yours is in the mid 1000.

Thank you for this answer. I will contact my computershop, to see what could be a solution.
I think, your advice would be, to replace the graphics card. Or are there other solutions?
I would appreciate it, if you could give me a good advice.

You can start with replacing the graphics card. If you are looking at upgrades - Id check all specs against minimum/optimal requirements and do it all at once.
