Recovering files i forgot to save in Photoshop

i was working an artwork in photoshop and forgot to save before exiting. is there anyway to restore it?

Hi there,

It won't be possible to restore the document that was not saved. Did Photoshop gave you a warning stating work in progress or unsaved data will be lost? 

Also, which exact version of Photoshop are you using and on which OS?
