Hi, I registered my credit card to use the Photoshop trial last week. But I could not use Photoshop because the version of the computer is different. I found out that 24 dollars was paid with my card yesterday. Give me a refund right away. The counselor and I proceeded with the consultation. The counselor replied that I could not use Photoshop. Photoshop trial is not installed on my computer. I'm in a bad mood. Please reply quickly. I hope you can also proceed with the refund quickly.

The 7 day Photoshop trial is free so what are you talking about anyway?

What speech-bubble-icon? There doesn't seem to be any way to speak to a rep of Adobe on the site, every Help button I click takes me back to the 'Contact Customer Care' page which features nothing but help tutorials, none of which are relevant to getting a refund. :-[

Found the problem, I have "I don't care about cookies" addon installed with Firefox and that seems to block the chat icon

I have same issue as Ged, there is no chat icon, period. I found a London based phone number: 00442073650733

Also quite frustrating though have rung 3 times and always cuts me off when I get to the most relevant department, could be due to Covid perhaps...

Do you have any cookie blocking applications installed, that's what caused the icon not to show for me, as soon as I disable the addon the icon appeared
