how do I get refund?
I haven't downloaded or used the program ever since I subscribed for the free trial.
I didn't use the free trial either.
I'm so upset for its automatic two month's credit card payment.
The first thing to do is to cancel the subscription to even be eligible for refund. Not downloading/using does not matter.
