Regarding "save a copy" when saving a file as a .pdf

Is there a way to turn off "save a copy" (keep unchecked) when saving a .pdf file in Photoshop? Having to uncheck it everytime can become annoying.

Which version of Photoshop and which operating system?

The Save As dialog shows that box unchecked by default on my Win 10 system.
