The refection of what? The mobile phone or also the eyelashes? 

 

All in all I expect a fair amount of painting may be hard to avoid as the reflection is so prominent.

Frequency separation and painting would provide an option. 

Otherweise you could also try to piece together something by rotating fragments of the iris.

You could try copying the layer and flipping it. Then reposition, add a mask, and paint over the reflections on the mask. Repeat again with a rotated copy then add a small amount of touch up painting. Don't take the reflections out completely or it will not look lifelike
