Rendering video does not work

Hi, 
Have been searching for solutions, but could not find something that worked. 
I'm on a MAc Catalina 10.15.3

Photoshop 21.1.2
It worked fine on older MacOs, but now it doesn't. 
What am I doing wrong?

Presumably you've tried File > Export > Render Video?

(Do you have Adobe Media Encoder?)

I did try File>export>render video. 
don't know if I have Adobe Media Encoder. 
did the same as with my old laptop and the previous OS. But now it doesn't work.

I've looked on my Mac. It says that I have Adobe Media Encoder. DPX, H264 and QuickTime

Tried everything, but it is still not working. 
Even upgraded to Premiere Pro, but That program makes my images very pale....

Just got this from a guy from Adobe...
My GPU is not working with the render uption...
