Resize Textbox and texts inside Textbox distorted

I have an issue when I resize created textbox's size under Properties > Transform panel by entering the width and height in px, the texts inside my textbox will be distorted. If I change the font size of my texts, the textbox will auto resize. This does not happen on previous version.

How can I fixed this? Because I often set my textbox size and just let the texts do their work, but now it doesn't works anymore.

By the way, I'm using Windows 10, and Photoshop version 22.0.1.
