resizing window problem

Every other program opens up just fine, but this one opens too large. I can't even move it around to try and click "ok". I use windows 10. You can see in the background that even the adjustment tools are way too big. help??

I'm having this issue too, and am sorry to see there's no replies on this post with any answers. Did you manage to solve it?
