Run Application Error

Hello,

I just installed the latest version of Adobe Photoshop 2020 and every time I try opening the program I immediatly recieve the following message:

Photoshop.exe - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).

Click OK to close the applicattion.

I have tried restarting my computer and the same problem continued to occur. I am also able to properly run other Adobe programs such as Premier Pro CC and Creative Cloud on the same computer. I am also running the latest version of Windows on my PC.

I tried this video step by step but it didn't solve the problem, I kept on getting the same error again
