In PS 2020, the Russell Brown extension Paper Texture Pro doesn't properly load the Flypaper Textures folder that is selected. It seems to be locked on one folder and won't switch. FT says they have heard this from Mac owners and not PC owners. I'm a Mac owner. Is there a solution to this problem?

Hi James,
That does not sound good, have you tried resetting the preferences of Photoshop and see if it helps?

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. Migrate presets, actions, and settings

Sahil

The preferences reset did not change the Extension function. Same problem still exists….. Jim

I downloaded it a few years ago. It was listed in the Add-Ons page. Presently, I don't see it listed there anymore. I am getting messages that the extension has been updated. However, it doesn't work at all at this point.

I finally solved my problem in PS2020! Go to the Preferences window and select Plug-Ins. There is a box to check for Generator. Check that box. Problem solved. Amazing....
