Improvvisamente in Photoshop non funziona più Salva con nome. Qualcuno mi può aiutare?

Hi, I can't save my work in Photoshop as a name. In the file window I click on save as and nothing happens. The Photoshop version is the most updated and the operating system is macOS Mojave. I hope someone helps me quickly I have the exam in a few days. Thanks
