Save for web and Devices is not working

The command Save for web and Devices isn't working. This problem occurs from time to time without any rational reason.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I don't know why.

I attached a screenshot from the error.

I already tried the chat support but all the solutions were about deleting and re-installing stuffs in my computer and nothing of this solved the problem.
