Save for Web (Legacy) dialog window not visible

Hi there, I'm running Photoshop on MacOS Big Sur. Every time I try to export using Save for Web, the window looks like this: 

I've tried resetting my Photoshop preferences and resetting NVRAM. Not sure where the issue lies, and other forum posts haven't been too helpful! Would love a solution, as I'm currently on deadlines! Thank you.

The only solution that worked was fully re-installing Photoshop 😞

how do you do it? and did it help? now you can save for web properly?

Go to your creative cloud app, or login to view your apps. Or if you don't have creative cloud, go into your computer to unintall Photoshop. Then just re-install it. I was getting error messages when attempting to save for web (legacy) and after re-install it's working.
